Overview
Lotte Eco Smart City is a smart mixed-use complex located at Functional Zone 2A within the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. Lotte Group from South Korea has invested 20,000 billion VND in the development. The project is expected to be completed within three years, delivering a fully functioning smart urban district with apartments, a hotel, offices, shophouses, and retail space.

Project Scale and Structure
The development covers 6 land lots divided into two zones:
Zone adjacent to Thu Thiem Central Plaza - offices, commercial, hotel:
- Lot 2-1: Office tower with commercial and service functions, 4 - 24 floors
- Lot 2-3: Two office towers, 24 floors and 48 floors
- Lot 2-5: One combined office and hotel tower, 60 floors (the tallest in the complex)
Zone adjacent to the Thu Thiem Tunnel entrance - apartments with commercial and service functions:
- Lot 2-2: Two towers, 12 floors and 18 floors (Phase 1)
- Lot 2-4: Two towers, 18 floors and 24 floors
- Lot 2-6: Two towers, 36 floors and 48 floors
In total, 8 towers ranging from 18 to 50 floors, covering apartments, offices, commercial space, a hotel, and shophouses.

Lotte Eco Smart City connects directly to District 1 via two main transport links:
- Existing: Vo Van Kiet road - Thu Thiem Tunnel - Mai Chi Tho Boulevard
- Future: Metro Line 2 (Ben Thanh - Thu Thiem) with 3 underground stations and 3 elevated stations

Alongside the apartments and shophouses, the project includes Grade A office space and an international hotel within the commercial towers, catering to premium business and hospitality demand in the Thu Thiem area.
Sales Launch Plan
The developer will open the apartment product line first through professional distribution partners. Registered buyers will receive an invitation to the official launch event and will select units by draw.
Expected schedule:
- Early 2023: Sign agreement or deposit contract, pay 10 - 15%
- Q3/2023 - Q3/2025: No more than 30% collected before the formal Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Q4/2025 - Q1/2026: Handover and title registration
