The Fan-shaped Island Villa is the most iconic product: fan-shaped plots oriented directly toward the water, arranged across 15 private island clusters with 60 units in total. Each unit is surrounded by up to 150 linear metres of private waterfront - a level of privacy and outlook that cannot be replicated.

Retreat Island's launch-phase payment structure is designed to make entry accessible:

• Own capital: only 25% (~VND 5 billion for the Semi-detached Villa)
• 25% payment from deposit to handover
• 70% bank-supported financing, with a 24-month principal and interest grace period
• Early payment discount of up to 10%
• Booking gift: VND 100 - 200 million
