  • 70% of net rental income
  • 40 free points per year to redeem free nights at Ixora Ho Tram

Villa - not participating in the rental program:

  • Management fee of 28,000 VND/m² of land/month, covering garden maintenance and private pool service

Payment Schedule

Standard payment:

  • Instalment 1: 10% within 15 days
  • Next 8 instalments: 5% each, 2 months apart
  • Final 5 instalments: 10% each, 2 months apart

Fast payment (additional discounts):

  • Pay 50% - additional 3% discount
  • Pay 70% - additional 5% discount
  • Pay 90% - additional 7% discount

Phase 2 Sales Policy

  • Launch event discount: 2%
  • Non-refundable booking before 17 September: 0.5%
  • Returning buyer (purchased Ixora 1): 0.5%

Booking deposit:

  • Condotel: 50,000,000 VND per unit
  • Villa: 200,000,000 VND per unit
